Our belief is that children learn through play experience and these experiences can be both structured and unstructured, our daily schedule reflects and offers a friendly and imaginative environment where children are encouraged to discover and develop individual talents, whether they are intellectual, creative or sporting, for a portion of their morning.

This gives the children a chance to interact with their peers and earn social skills and problems solving skills. During this time children will also learn a variety of concepts including letters and numbers.

A variety of play areas offers children numerous experiences including developing fine motor skills, cognitive skills, language skills, imagination and creativity.

Our more structured times include a story time and a sharing time. At sharing time, a theme will be introduced to the children.

The sharing time will consist of a settling song, calendars time and a special activity regarding the theme of the week.

Throught our morning, we will use a variety of common English words and phrases with the children. Being part of the school also helps the children to be more comfortable in the school setting and gives them the chance to ease into a larger group setting.
